Minimum Qualifications

You'll need a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline and must have the right to work in the UK. Some roles will also require you to be eligible for DVA Security Clearance and have been a UK resident for at least the last 3 years. We don't sponsor applications for work permits, so if you have limited permission to work in the UK (e.g. 1 year) you're not eligible to join the Programme unless you have an ongoing work permit or Highly Skilled Migrant Programme status is essential.
