Individual Learning Plan

We know that one size doesn't fit all. Just as every client is different, we recognise that you're equally unique. So we'll sit down with you and plan an individually structured programme to give you the perfect portfolio of skills - technical, business and personal.

You'll be assigned to a Business Area and allocated a Personal Mentor. Then, through a combination of on-the-job, web-based and classroom learning, you'll soon be on your way to graduation.
