I was impressed by how well EDS helped me get up to speed when I started on the graduate programme. I was quickly introduced to the general workings of the company, integrated into the team and given genuine responsibility. Within the first two months I was even given my own small project to manage.

Before long, however, I changed my role within the company and became a business analyst, which suited me better. The graduate scheme is very flexible like that. Now, I am working for the account operations manager, and my roles include risk management, updating high level business processes, monitoring accounts sales, writing bids, and financial forecasting, to name just a few.

Since starting this role I have developed a wide understanding of commercial business and MoD processes. I have been very impressed with the range of opportunities that I have experienced in the EDS graduate programme.
