Thanks to a wide range of challenges and clients, and a constantly changing environment, management consulting at EDS has proved to be an excellent start to my career. The specifics of my role vary depending on the project I'm on, although it usually involves working with a team to design solutions that help organisations resolve their problems, grow and maintain success.

In a short space of time the graduate programme has given me a vast range of valuable experiences. From the outset I've had the opportunity to work with subject matter experts on projects for some of the world's largest and most successful organisations. The highlights so far include working with these experts to meet demanding targets, delivering valuable services as well as building great informal networks. In particular my involvement in transformation projects gives me an excellent opportunity to see how the solutions we develop come alive over set milestones.

What I enjoy most of all though is working as a valued team member in a vibrant and dynamic environment with bright, affable people, making a real difference on international projects for leading organisations across various industries. Every day is both a new challenge and rewarding experience.
