When I joined EDS, I had never worked for a large corporation before. It was slightly daunting to begin with but my colleagues were fantastic, and I felt welcomed and accepted from day one. At no point, have I been treated simply as a graduate. I've been treated as a fully productive and valued team member.

The graduate programme offers a huge amount of flexibility. You're able to define your own path and experience a wide range of work, which really gives you a feel for the direction you want to take. I have enjoyed working in several different roles since joining, each of which has given me an insight into a different area of the business and helped to define where I want to go in both my work and personal life.

There's no hand-holding here. Your career at EDS is what you make of it. What the graduate programme provides is some great opportunities, exposure to key business leaders and invaluable experience, all of which will give you every possible chance to succeed.
