Our individually structured programme caters for technical and non-technical graduates, with specific development paths for different careers. Our aim's always consistent though - to give you the perfect portfolio of technical, business and personal skills. You'll be assigned to a Business Area - working on a live project from day one. But don't panic, you'll have a Personal Mentor to help you out every step of the way. An Individual Development Plan, tailored to your needs, will provide structured progression and graduation will take approximately 18 - 24 months. We won't hold you back though; the harder you work the quicker you'll progress. It really is up to you.
